Not a problem for them, we're the ones who have to drive from home and back to get the part. The second time they didn't even bother to put the items we ordered in the box. Not a problem for them this time because they didn't have to drive 50 mile round trip to get it the second time. No sorry for your trouble, no nothing. If you need parts from John Deere you can always go to Sparrow and Kennedy. From now on this is what we will do. This is the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. The employees there need better customer service training. Sometimes a simple apology will go a long way. Didn't expect much didn't get much either.
